“I should have left my coat at home” is the first thing that came to my mind when I got off the plane at Henry Coanda International Airport of Bucharest on warm October Wednesday with the intention of having a productive time at Elia’s 21st Networking Days.
The annual three-day event, hosted by Elia, brought dozens of linguists and other language-field workers from all over the world to the Romanian capital, where they had an opportunity to strengthen their international business relations.
As a result of modern linguistic developments, there is a need for new approaches to translation business management and translation quality standards. That is why Protemos took part in the event suggesting TMS and QA solutions.
The truth is, however, that the experience we gain at networking events inspires us to continue developing. Both our networking and formal and informal meetings in Bucharest laid the foundation for us to keep working tirelessly for the benefit of the industry.
The more you give, the more you receive.
