Excellent Translation Management System we've been looking for years. Most important this TMS helped us put everything in order. We are now able to see every financial data that seemed to be vague or hidden from our eyes before. Some features are not readily available, however developers listening to users and integrating them as required.

We use it to create quotes, and when they are approved we can easily convert the quote to a project keep track of all of our files and vendors as it moves through production. Protemos helps to increase the efficiency and the management convenience of the translation projects:
1. The programme makes possible to view all projects in one tab and to control their statuses, payments and deadlines.
2. The deadline is shown in a separate entry (the due date is in 2 hours, 20 minutes, 3 days and so on).
3. The overdue notification is sent to email. This helps to keep the track of the unfinished projects.
