Protemos release 2.0

We are excited to share the latest updates and enhancements implemented in Protemos. Check out the full list of changes below:

Updated UI

The view of multiple main pages has been changed, and Protemos now has an updated, more structured UI across the system.
The information about current state of the object (project, job, etc.) is moved into the separate portlet for better visibility.
The non-state related information about the object is split into semantic groups.

Default CAT log conversion scheme for each client and vendor

Now, you can define a default CAT log conversion scheme for each client and vendor, as well as set global defaults at the account level.

Custom payment methods

You may create various custom payment methods.

Access to relevant reports for roles lower than “Administrator”

Managers with roles lower than “Administrator” can now view relevant reports according to their role. More info here.

Read-only access to relevant settings for roles lower than “Administrator”

Managers with roles lower than “Administrator” can now see the relevant settings sections in read-only mode. It may help a manager to view all account-related data in a consolidated way. More info here.

Numerous minor improvements

• Now, the ability to use project templates is available only for managers with the "Administrator" and "Project and finance manager".
• It is no longer possible to create and clone receivables in projects with the "Cancelled" and "Offer rejected" statuses.
• It is no longer possible to upload CAT logs in projects with the "Cancelled" and "Offer rejected" statuses.
• Minor update of quick links in client and vendor profiles.
• On the "Payables" page, a manager in the client pool can only see if a payable is invoiced or not (instead of seeing a link to a certain invoice).
• If a vendor invoice contains payables from jobs that were made for clients outside of a manager's pool, such an invoice will not be displayed on the list of invoices for a manager in the pool.
• It is now possible to link and unlink receivables and payables from invoices with written-off amounts.
• Various bug fixes.
